Meet Jeremy
One of the owners of SAS Daniels, Chief Executive Officer, Partner and Head of Corporate. An expert in his field.
With a law career spanning nearly forty years, Jeremy takes a hands-on approach to overseeing the business and making sure you receive the best possible service. Starting his career reading law at The University of Cambridge, Jeremy qualified as a lawyer in 1983 and became a partner in 1998. He joined SAS Daniels as head of the corporate group in 2009 and became its CEO in 2017. Having also spent eight years as a corporate partner in a UK national firm, Jeremy has a wealth of experience in all areas of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, partnership and shareholder matters, reorganisations, joint ventures and MBOs and MBIs. With a tally of around 1000 corporate transactions, including some more significant £100m+ legal matters under his belt, clients benefit from his invaluable industry knowledge and appreciate his commercial approach, efficiency and accessibility. For the past six years, Jeremy has been ranked amongst the top North West corporate lawyers in the prestigious Chambers and Partners legal directory and has been named a Leading Individual in the Legal 500 directory. He is also a non-executive director of manufacturing company Pentre Holdings Limited and a member of The Law Society. Away from the office, Jeremy enjoys watching sport, attending the gym and reading.
