Meet Nicola
Nicola has over 35 years’ experience of all commercial property matters. She predominantly deals with residential development sites including the acquisition of the site and setting up the plot sales to ensure that there are no issues with future sales.
She has dealt with nationwide large schemes but also for developers on bijou schemes in town centres. Nicola has particular experience in social housing sites and in dealing with statutory agreements, particularly Section 106 agreements. Her background working in-house for local authorities and registered charitable providers as well as a partner in a law firm proves very useful in this work.
When acquiring sites for a client, Nicola ensures planning agreements are worded practically, to ensure that there are no difficulties with future sales. She spends time with her clients to fully understand their concerns and goals and has an approachable and down to earth manner.

Nicola’s favourite holiday getaway is Cornwall and Padstow in particular. She likes reading, gardening and playing with her two grandchildren, alongside walking her ‘mad’ cockapoo and mini dachshund.
