Meet Shanae
Shanae is a conveyancing assistant in the Macclesfield team, assisting throughout residential conveyancing transactions.
In Shanae’s role she fulfils all customer onboarding for her team; generating quotes, issuing initial documentation and assembling contract packs. She also completes post-completion files, liaises with the Land Registry and submits Land Tax return forms.
Shanae wants her clients to have a memorable transaction for all of the right reasons; she updates all clients where possible and acts in a prompt manner ensuring the client is in safe hands.

Shanae has recently travelled to Portugal and is excited to travel solo to more countries around Europe and the world, exploring new cultures and foods.
Shanae is passionate about helping homelessness charities, having been in a homeless hostel herself as a young adult.
She has a young black and white kitten called Nyla who is becoming a playful, confident house cat.
